- Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy for North America, aligning initiatives with business objectives, sales priorities, and revenue targets.
- Design and manage integrated demand generation campaigns, field marketing programs, events, trade shows, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives to generate qualified pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with sales, sales development, marketing leadership, public relations teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and campaign resources while ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
- Build and implement customer marketing initiatives that improve retention, encourage upselling opportunities, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Partner with marketing operations and demand generation teams to develop segmentation strategies, optimize marketing automation, and improve lead management processes.
- Monitor campaign performance using key performance indicators, ROI analysis, and reporting to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B regional marketing, preferably within SaaS, technology, data, or other fast-growing digital industries.
- Proven success developing and executing field marketing strategies across multiple countries within North America.
- Experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic planning capabilities combined with hands-on campaign execution experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and commercial audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with executive leadership, sales teams, customers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance, ROI, pipeline contribution, and marketing effectiveness.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing technologies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
