- Develop strategic recommendations from complex business, market, and performance analyses and translate insights into actionable business plans.
- Drive the creation of analytical, statistical, and financial models to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Establish key performance metrics, analyze gaps, and recommend strategies to improve business outcomes.
- Lead complex market research initiatives to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Manage cross-functional teams and priority initiatives across business planning, sales strategy, and operational execution.
- Partner with business leaders to develop long-term strategies, identify opportunities, and support decision-making processes.
- Create innovative analytical tools, methodologies, and frameworks to improve business planning effectiveness.

The ideal candidate combines strategic business expertise, analytical capabilities, and strong leadership skills to influence complex initiatives within a technology-driven environment.
- 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, go-to-market strategy, business planning, or related strategic roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as an MBA preferred.
- Experience supporting technology organizations or working within a technology-focused environment is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical thinking skills, including experience with business modeling, data analysis, and performance measurement.
- Proficiency using tools such as Excel, Access, statistical analysis platforms, and financial modeling techniques.
- Ability to identify market trends, interpret business data, and develop compelling strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-team initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and executive-level presentation abilities.

- Competitive annual base salary range depending on location, experience, education, and skills:
- United States: approximately $119,500 - $275,000 annually depending on geographic market.
