- Lead complex commercial consulting engagements for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostic, and healthcare clients, ensuring high-quality execution and successful project delivery.
- Develop project strategies, define research methodologies, identify knowledge gaps, and oversee both primary and secondary research initiatives to generate actionable business insights.
- Structure ambiguous business challenges into clear workstreams, manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and refine client deliverables, presentations, and strategic recommendations while maintaining high standards of analytical rigor and communication quality.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, facilitate productive discussions, capture key insights, and communicate recommendations that support informed commercial decision-making.
- Conduct executive-level interviews, synthesize market intelligence, and translate findings into practical strategies related to market access, product launches, commercialization, forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
- Support proposal development, contribute to business growth initiatives, and mentor team members by providing guidance, feedback, and coaching throughout project execution.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in life sciences consulting, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or a closely related healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of global healthcare markets, including commercial dynamics across the U.S., Europe, Japan, and other major markets.
- Proven experience supporting commercial functions such as new product planning, marketing, commercial analytics, sales strategy, market access, or product lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic consulting projects, including commercial opportunity assessments, forecasting, go-to-market strategies, launch planning, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio strategy.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex business challenges and develop practical recommendations.
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities, with experience coordinating multiple priorities in collaborative, matrixed environments.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build lasting client partnerships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
