  • 4–6 years of experience in areas such as marketing, partnerships, sales, program management, operations, recruiting, or developer relations.
  • Strong familiarity with the startup ecosystem, particularly within the San Francisco technology community.
  • Ability to build authentic relationships and create meaningful connections with founders, investors, and operators.
  • Understanding of venture markets and the impact of AI and emerging technologies on startups.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, events, and priorities simultaneously.
  • High ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Interest in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, and how technical teams evaluate and adopt new technologies.
  • Experience with event management, community initiatives, or founder-facing programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, Apollo, or similar go-to-market platforms is preferred.
  • Based in San Francisco and available for occasional evening events.
Benefits:
  • Four weeks of paid vacation.
  • 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents.
  • Long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and 401(k) plans.
  • Employer-paid medical coverage, along with dental and vision benefits for employees and dependents.
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and health savings accounts (HSAs).
  • Monthly lifestyle stipend supporting wellness, mental health, hobbies, and personal development.
  • Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
