Per Diem Ultrasound Technologist — Join Our Growing Outpatient Imaging Team!

We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Ultrasound Technologist to join our fast-paced outpatient imaging center. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a patient-focused environment that values teamwork, quality care, and professional excellence.

Role:
Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations using strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and imaging protocols
Clearly explain procedures to patients and ensure comfort throughout the exam
Safely assist patients on and off exam tables
Maintain strict infection control standards and universal precautions
Manage daily workflow including patient scheduling, documentation, and PACS case transfers
Monitor equipment functionality and troubleshoot basic system issues
Communicate urgent findings and stat reports to referring providers when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Recognize emergency situations and initiate basic life support procedures

Qualifications:
Registered with ARDMS
Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Willingness to float to other sites — a plus and highly valued
Team player who thrives in a collaborative outpatient setting
