In-Office Dispensing Pharmacy Technician

What You’ll Do:

Process prescriptions and verify insurance eligibility with precision and efficiency. Prepare and dispense medications in compliance with safety and regulatory standardsManage prior authorizations and re-authorizations to avoid treatment delaysPartner with providers, billing teams, and payors to resolve claims and coverage issuesHelp patients understand their financial responsibilities and explore assistance optionsInvestigate denied or unpaid claims and take action to resolve themStay current on insurance requirements, contracts, and payer updatesMaintain strict HIPAA compliance and audit-ready documentationDeliver exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare teams

What We’re Looking For:

Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License (required)CPhT certification (required)1+ year pharmacy technician experience (retail or in-office)Strong knowledge of insurance billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy operationsExcellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentA compassionate, patient-first mindset
