In this role, you’ll collaborate with leaders, subject‑matter experts, and cross‑functional teams to ensure every employee has the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed.

If you're energized by developing people, improving processes, and empowering teams through effective training programs, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on EST’s growth and culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and Elevate EST’s Training Strategy
• Analyze training needs across departments and develop new programs that enhance employee skills and readiness.
• Improve existing training modules by incorporating updated methods, technologies, and delivery formats.
• Build engaging content by partnering with subject matter experts and expanding EST’s technical training library.
• Implement OSHA, federal, and state‑required safety training where applicable.
• Lead and mentor technical trainers and ensure consistent program delivery.
• Oversee training for new hires, process changes, performance improvement needs, and new technology rollouts.

Administration, Documentation, and Continuous Improvement
• Create and maintain accurate training records, assessments, certifications, KPIs, and company‑wide training matrices.
• Conduct ongoing needs assessments and training audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Test and evaluate training effectiveness and refine methodologies to meet EST quality standards.
• Maintain and oversee training materials, manuals, modules, and facility resources.
• Help develop SOPs related to training processes and content.
• Ensure training programs remain compliant, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.

Cross‑Functional Support & Organizational Engagement
• Partner with multiple departments to develop skill matrices and position‑specific training paths.
• Coordinate special training events, employee development sessions, and external learning opportunities with schools or professional providers.
• Serve as EST’s in‑house training expert, supporting teams with ad‑hoc instructional needs.
• Maintain positive relationships across the organization to strengthen collaboration and knowledge‑sharing.

Requirements
• 3–5 years of instructional content development experience, including program or curriculum design.
• 3–5 years of program management experience in an industrial or equipment‑based environment.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office, presentation software, graphics tools, and virtual training platforms; LMS experience a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn and teach rapidly evolving technologies.
• Understanding of EST products, equipment, and basic mechanical/electrical systems (preferred).
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; self‑driven with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and maintain an excellent driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required military base passes.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to complete complex work requiring sustained mental and visual focus.
• Prolonged sitting, standing, and computer use.
• Ability to maneuver around moving equipment, vehicles, and machinery.
• Comfortable working outdoors in variable conditions.
• Occasional exposure to hazardous materials or equipment.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 20 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel via commercial aircraft.
