Our leaders are responsible for supporting the Operator and senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and maintaining 2nd Mile Service. Intended for those who lead by example and set the tone for others to follow.

Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open (5AM) and/or closing (11PM) availability
- Lead operations, key holder
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Strong character, professional but honest
- Ability to work in hot outdoor conditions
- Available to work Saturdays
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Chick-fil-A experience not required, looking for those eager and excited to learn the business
- Prior leadership experience with references required
