As part of a remote operations team, you will combine customer support, administration, and problem-solving to ensure smooth daily operations.
You will act as a key point of contact for members, providing timely assistance through phone, chat, and email channels.
The position requires strong organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will contribute to improving operational processes while supporting a service that helps communities move more efficiently.

In this role, you will support daily operations and deliver exceptional member experiences by managing administrative activities, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams. You will help maintain efficient processes while acting as a reliable ambassador for the service.
- Provide high-quality customer support to members through phone, live chat, and email channels.
- Coordinate administrative tasks including charge pre-authorizations, vendor support, reporting, and operational follow-ups.
- Investigate and manage issues related to parking tickets, vehicle tows, tolls, mileage overages, and other member-related concerns.
- Support procurement activities for capital items and assist with documentation and administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to operational improvements.
- Create positive interactions with members while ensuring service standards and response times are consistently met.
- Participate in role-specific training and continuously develop knowledge of internal systems and processes.
- Work collaboratively within a virtual 24/7 operations environment and adapt to changing business needs.
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused and organized professional who can thrive in a remote, fast-moving environment. You should have experience in administration, operations, or customer service, with strong communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- One-year post-secondary diploma or certificate in a relevant field such as Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least two years of experience in administrative support, reception, customer service, call centre operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability and willingness to learn new platforms and digital tools.
- Experience with member services, customer support, or similar roles is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with tools such as PowerBI, Verint, ServiceNow, Amazon Connect, Google Maps, or mobility software is an advantage.
- Strong typing skills (40 words per minute preferred).
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday schedules based on operational requirements.
- Must be located in British Columbia or willing to relocate to the province.
- Salary range of CA$46,768.44 to CA$58,460.52 annually (CA$25.70/hr to CA$32.12/hr), depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Performance bonus opportunity with a target of 5% and potential earnings of up to 9%.
