- Provide exceptional customer service support to investment advisors, advisor support teams, and investors through inbound contact centre interactions.
- Respond to client inquiries by providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and directing requests to the appropriate departments when needed.
- Support advisors and investors with information that helps them make informed decisions regarding short-term and long-term investment strategies.
- Represent the organization professionally by delivering timely, reliable, and client-focused service experiences.
- Communicate effectively in both French and English with clients and colleagues across Canada.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple requests and ensuring accuracy in all interactions.
- Adapt to evolving processes, technologies, and service expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in training, coaching, and continuous development opportunities to strengthen product knowledge and service capabilities.
- College diploma or equivalent professional experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required.

- Contract position with full-time hours ending July 12, 2027.
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from CA$27.40 to CA$33.80 based on experience and qualifications.
