As a Deposit Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with other accounting professionals and grow your skills, while working in a fast-paced retail environment. We are looking for a time efficient, energetic, detail-oriented Deposit Specialist who will help us deliver a superior accounting experience to our dealerships and customers. The Deposit Specialist will be responsible for reconciling, depositing and posting all accounts receivable payments for the stores assigned to them.

Reconcile daily deposits for the dealerships, including preparing the weekly Loomis pickup

Daily sales product submission for the dealerships

Verify each invoice paid on remittance advise comparative to account status in CDK

Accurately post each deposit to the correct platform in CDK

Identify and correct balances within deposit

Various accounting tasks as time allows will be assigned by supervisor

Must be able to work in an open office setting

Must have a general understanding and working knowledge of CDK and Microsoft Outlook

General Accounting experience is preferred

Must be at least eighteen years of age

Must be able to pass pre-employment screens ( background and drug test)
