Description:

Zekiah Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Management (CM) Analyst II/III. The CM Analyst will be responsible for performing and managing all areas of CM management at the PEO/PAE level. This position is located on-site at NSWC DD.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Establish PEO IWS X CM processes, policies, procedures and enterprise CM frameworks.
  • Develop, review and approve CM process documentation. Align System of System (SoS) processes to the Program Office needs.
  • Generate and maintain the PEO IWS X CM Plan and provide CM input to other program office level documentation and processes.
  • Develop and present high-level briefings
  • Lead or support Program Office level Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
  • Lead/Participate in discussions across the CM community to include IWS and PEO/PAE counterparts
  • Process and track cross program Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Software Change Requests (SCRs), and interoperability driven change packages.
  • Identify and disseminate ICS nomenclature
  • Support integration reviews, architecture forums, and interoperability assessments.
  • Determine Functional and Physical Configuration Audits (FCA/PCA) needs and timelines.
  • Maintain configuration status accounting repositories (Confluence, Jira, etc).
  • 20% Travel to WNY and the Forge
Requirements:

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Must be a U.S. CITIZEN and have an Active Security Clearance
  • 7+ years CM experience: Demonstrated experience in the 5 Functional Areas of CM: Configuration Planning, Configuration Control, Configuration Identification, Configuration Status Accounting, Configuration Audits
  • Proficient with MS Office tools, primarily MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels, including co-workers, managers, Government counterparts and sponsors
  • Ability to multitask, work well independently, and work in a team environment
  • Confident, dependable, self-starter with strong technical skills
  • Excellent organizational, task tracking, and follow-up skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with AEGIS/SSDS architectures and/or ICS frameworks
  • Prior program oversight/leadership experience

Clearance Requirements

This position requires an active Secret clearance. To be considered for this position, an applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active Secret security clearance (or higher).

Potential for Telework: Limited, within contract guidelines
