Data Analyst (Mid) in Washington, District of Columbia at Professional Solutions

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Data Analyst (Mid) to join our team of professionals in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

• Support SEA 05 contract administration activities for the PFO and Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs) across assigned programs and projects.
• Assist with improving business practices and administrative processes to increase contracting efficiency and program execution effectiveness.
• Coordinate funding documentation for appropriations, obligations, and expenditures with Government paying offices and support offices to achieve budget execution benchmarks.
• Support execution of SEA 05 service contracts, including assistance with contract modifications, procurement requests, and administrative contract actions.
• Interface with Program Managers (PMs), Business Financial Managers (BFMs), and Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs) to support responses to contracting and procurement inquiries.
• Prepare Financial Accounting Data Sheet documentation and provide administrative support for Navy and DoD contract execution activities.
• Analyze procurement requests and draft contract modifications and provide recommendations to SEA 05 personnel as directed.
• Support Acquisition Demonstration (Acq Demo) transition activities, including Position Requirement Document (PRD) maintenance, classification support, and workforce transition documentation.
• Assist with Compensation Management Spreadsheet (CMS), CAS2Net, and CCAS data validation, reporting, updates, and employee support activities.
• Support employee training, policy guidance, and communication efforts related to Acq Demo, pay pool processes, and workforce transition requirements.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)

Education

• Applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or GED and ten (10) years of relevant experience in data science, tool development, or a related functional area.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience in data science, tool development, or a related functional area; OR
• Master’s degree in relevant field.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting oversight of complex contracts for Government or Department of Defense (DoD) organizations.
• Experience assisting CORs with funding documents and reviewing funding packages.
• Experience processing purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Experience managing contracts for assigned groups or programs.
• Experience providing support related to contract disputes and contract administration.
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks.
