In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and elevating internal communication through visually compelling and strategically aligned design solutions. You will transform complex information into clear, engaging, and impactful visual narratives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture. Working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, you will partner closely with HR, communication, and business teams to bring campaigns, initiatives, and internal projects to life. Your work will directly influence how employees connect with the company’s purpose, values, and day-to-day communication. You will be responsible for developing and executing visual communication materials that enhance internal engagement and brand consistency across channels, including:
- Designing internal communication assets such as online magazines, e-books, manuals, and guides, ensuring clarity, readability, and visual impact
- Creating digital communication pieces such as banners, social-style posts, email marketing layouts, and internal landing pages
- Developing visual concepts for interactive environments and brand activation initiatives during internal or corporate events
- Producing printed materials including business cards, tags, branded gifts, and other communication collateral aligned with brand guidelines
- Performing image editing and post-production for audiovisual content, ensuring high-quality visual standards
- Building and maintaining visual identities for internal campaigns, projects, and communication initiatives
The ideal candidate combines strong creative skills with a structured and collaborative mindset, including:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Communication, or related fields
- Solid experience in visual creation and graphic design, ideally in corporate or agency environments
- Strong attention to detail, especially in layout composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to present and defend creative solutions aligned with briefs and strategic objectives
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, working effectively with planning and content teams
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging, impactful, and visually consistent materials
- Availability to attend occasional in-person events and meetings in Brasília
- Familiarity with internal communication or employer branding is a strong plus
