Supervisor, Clinical Support - Physician Services at Central Peninsula Hospital – Soldotna, Alaska

POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Support Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Medical Assistants and Nurses within the ambulatory clinic setting. This is a formal supervisory role responsible for staff supervision, training, , and performance management, in partnership with the Clinic Manager. In addition to ensuring high-quality patient care, this role provides hands-on clinical support as needed, participates in quality initiatives, and helps drive and operational improvements across the department. The Clinical Support Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining coverage, promoting staff development, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's in Nursing
• 2 years of Nursing in a Medical Clinic OR
• 2 years of Acute Care Nursing
• AK RN Licensure
• BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Association
