Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- Experience with clinical documentation review or medical record analysis in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and coding systems such as ICD-10 and CPT.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification.
- Experience working in a hospital or large healthcare system environment.
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and healthcare compliance standards.

Responsibilities:
