About the Role:

This position is responsible for general facility, building and equipment maintenance and repair, both scheduled and unscheduled tasks, as assigned by the Call Center and/or Facilities and Maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work Order completion
• Preventative Maintenance
• Problem identification and resolution, determination of material and supplies required for problem resolution
• Documentation of activities, utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System, and communicating with the department’s management.

Requirements:

• Education: HS Diploma/GED preferred
• Experience:Minimum one year of maintenance experience, preferably in a hospital or commercial setting. Preference will be given to candidates with experience with basic maintenance repairs in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC. Carpentry experience a plus.
• Certification: MD Driver's license preferred

Union rate $17.50/hour, night shift differential $1.25/hour, Weekend differential $1.50

Weekend rotation
