Job Description

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Service Foreman for our New Construction Division in the greater Ashburn area.

Job Summary: Will diagnose commercial roof leaks, make appropriate repairs and work with general contractors. Lead in roof maintenance & small repair jobs. Responsible for paperwork, interpreting blueprints and specs, timesheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
  • Ability to read blueprints & specs
  • Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
  • Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
  • A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
  • Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed
