Job Description
Objectives: Professionally handle E-Commerce set up sheets and ensure that these set ups are executed properly to support customer’s business. Assist in inventory and pricing maintenance for E-Commerce accounts.
Responsibilities:
· Retrieve and organize Assortments posted in SPL by Director of E-Commerce.
· Validate license restrictions for each league and customer.
· Update master human PLM file with new logos and products.
· Create Image request form using master human PLM system for each project and request Images for submission to licensing.
· Formulate each customer’s set up sheet to pull in all the information needed.
· Create different set up sheets for each customer with all the information required by them.
· Prepare Mass UPC upload sheet to create UPCs for new set ups.
· E-mail completed set up sheets with Images to each E-Comm partner.
· Upload attributes and Images to customer’s portals (Belk, Dillard’s, Follett and Kohls).
· Upload UPCs and product info to GXS catalog for customer’s that use this catalog.
· Generate Inventory feed for each customer when we receive their SKUs.
· Maintain pricing files for E-Commerce customers when needed.
· Remove discontinued styles/logos from Inventory files.
· Deactivate temporary out of stock Heat Seals that can’t be converted to embroidery.
· Review fulfillment stage table for orders with errors or out of stock and communicate any cancellations to the customers via e-mail or by logging in to their 3rd party portals.
· Update SPL planner/tracker with statuses for each project.
· Assisting Kris with DTC new item set ups by creating UPCs and loading Inventory.
· Assist with setting up new E-Commerce customers.
· Handle additional duties as position evolves or as assigned.
Requirements:Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Excellent Windows navigation skills
- High Level to expert knowledge of Excel
- Proven ability to learn and use computer software
- Minimum of 2 years of customer care needed or related field experience
- Critical to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
- Attention to detail is vital to job performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
