At Park, we believe a world-class landscape starts from the ground up—and that includes our team. We don’t just offer jobs; we provide a fertile space where you can plant your ambitions and watch them bloom. Our culture is built on a simple philosophy: When we invest in you, you invest in us.
The "Opportunity Garden" FrameworkWe’ve designed our employee experience around three core pillars to ensure you don’t just work—you flourish:
NURTURE: We Get It – We provide a supportive environment built on Integrity & Trust. Your wellbeing is our priority; we focus on Working Safe & Working Smart to create a frictionless environment with the tools you need to succeed without the burnout.
GROW: Building Capacity – We don’t leave your career to chance. Through our Employee Success initiative, we provide intentional growth plans, training, and resources to expand your skillset. If you have the ambition, we provide the ladder.

While we provide the environment, we need you to provide the expertise. In this role, you will be the primary catalyst for site productivity and team coordination, working directly alongside your crew and Foreman to build premium custom pools and complex residential/commercial landscapes.
Your Daily Impact:
Field Coordination: Assist the Foreman in task sequencing, daily layout, and staking. Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to crew members to keep the project moving efficiently and up to spec.
Precision Pool & Hardscape Installation: Execute high-level construction tasks, including pool structural prep, coping placement, final grading, hardscape cutting, and technical water feature integration.
Site & Sub-Base Stewardship: Master the foundational elements of every build—overseeing critical drainage, excavation, and sub-base preparation phases to ensure structural longevity for both pools and hardscapes.
Equipment Mastery: Safely operate and oversee the use of heavy/light equipment (skid steers, mini-excavators) and specialized power tools, ensuring daily inspections are completed and assets are secured.
Safety Advocacy: Model a proactive safety culture. Participate in Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs), ensure proper PPE utilization, and strictly enforce OHS protocols on site.
Winter Versatility: Transition to our snow and ice management operations from November through April, maintaining a flexible schedule to ensure clients' properties remain safe during major weather events.
To truly thrive in this role, you’ll need a solid foundation of technical expertise and a execution-focused mindset:
Knowledge: Deep working knowledge of grading, sub-base preparation, and drainage systems; strong understanding of pool-specific structures (excavation, coping, and basic plumbing/hydraulics); robust knowledge of OHS requirements and safe heavy/light equipment operation.
Skills: Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and scaling architectural and site layout drawings; expertise in operating mini-excavators, skid steers, and specialized power tools (cut-off saws, laser levels); ability to utilize digital field management tools (e.g., Aspire, SiteDocs).
Abilities: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on landscape and/or pool construction experience; physical stamina for demanding manual labor in all outdoor weather conditions; strong crew leadership and verbal communication skills; valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
At Park, we don’t just hire—we plant the seeds for long-term success. If you’re looking for a workplace where your "Can-Do" attitude is rewarded with real opportunity, you’ve found it.
When you join our garden, you’re gaining:
