The "Opportunity Garden" Framework

We’ve designed our employee experience around three core pillars to ensure you don’t just work—you flourish:

  • NURTURE: We Get It – We provide a supportive environment built on Integrity & Trust. Your wellbeing is our priority; we focus on Working Safe & Working Smart to create a frictionless environment with the tools you need to succeed without the burnout.

  • THRIVE: You Want It – This is where your "Can-Do" Attitude meets Empowerment. We trust you to be a problem-solver with the autonomy to tackle challenges head-on. We take pride in the tangible "before and after" of our labor.

The Role: Lead Irrigation Specialist

While we provide the environment, we need you to provide the expertise. In this role, you will be the primary architect of high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial irrigation systems. You will serve as the on-site second-in-command, providing mentorship and coordination to achieve operational excellence.

Your Daily Impact:

  • Crew Leadership: Support the Foreman by providing day-to-day direction, motivation, and hands-on training to irrigation crew members.

  • System Mastery: Install mainlines, valves, and controllers; perform startups, winterizations, and complex troubleshooting to optimize water efficiency.

  • Operational Support: Assist with landscape construction, including sod and tree installation, and support snow removal operations during winter months.

  • Safety & Compliance: Operate specialized equipment like trenchers and vibratory plows while ensuring all work meets municipal codes and company safety policies.

  • Seasonal Transition: Adapt to a flexible schedule from November through April to support comprehensive snow and ice management for our clients.

The Essentials for Growth (KSAs)

To truly thrive in this role, you’ll need a solid foundation of skills and the right mindset:

  • Knowledge:Thorough understanding of landscape construction methods, provincial irrigation regulations, and occupational health and safety practices.

  • Skills: Expertise in operating skid steers and irrigation-specific power tools; proficiency in job management software like Aspire or Site Docs.

  • Abilities: Strong leadership and relationship management skills; physical stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor settings and lift up to 50 lbs.

Ready to Branch Out? Your Future Starts Here

At Park, we don’t just hire—we plant the seeds for long-term success. If you’re looking for a workplace where your "Can-Do" attitude is rewarded with real opportunity, you’ve found it.

When you join our garden, you’re gaining:

  • Visible Career Paths: Clear milestones for advancement and raises.

  • Innovative Tools: Latest technology to make your job smoother, smarter, and safer.

  • Impactful Work: Pride in the physical transformation of our community.

  • A Culture of Respect: A high-trust environment where your voice is heard.
