Revenue Integrity Manager Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Finance and Reimbursement, the Revenue Integrity Manager is responsible for monitoring and assessing integrity risks and ensuring that the Revenue Integrity program is responsive to those risks. The Revenue Integrity Manager will support the maintenance and lead the enhancement of Charge Description Master (CDM) activities via the integrated revenue cycle applications. This position is also responsible for reviewing and optimizing organizational CDM structures to ensure that CDMs accurately reflect services and supplies provided and are consistent with current industry best practices. Finally, The Revenue Integrity Manager is responsible for training, developing and ensuring the success of the analyst positions.
Revenue Integrity Manager Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
Revenue Integrity Manager Experience:
- Five (5) years of experience required, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory position.
- Three (3) years working with a hospitals Charge Description Master and charge related processes required.
Revenue Integrity Manager Schedule:
- Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday
- May have to work some evenings and weekends as needed.

Salary range: $78,769.60 - $122,116.80 Commensurate with experience
