Scheduler Position Summary

Coordinates/manages the Cath Lab, EP Lab, and non-invasive procedure (Tilts, Cardioversions, DFT, and TEE) schedule. Works with cardiologists and their staff to assure procedures are scheduled in a timely and appropriate manner. Provides accurate data entry for procedure and supply charges for the cardiovascular laboratory.

Scheduler Position Requirements

Education

High School graduate
Medical terminology and/or medical work related knowledge preferred.
Courses in computer, office or public relations preferred.

Experience

One to two years medical/business office preferred experience.
Computer knowledge preferred.
Professional communication and phone skills required.
Ability to work independently.

Scheduler Benefits

At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
