Patient Care Supervisor Position Summary

The Patient Care Supervisor is responsible for the daily clinical activities of the Nursing Department. This role assesses departmental nursing care needs based upon patient acuities and plans required staffing. The Patient Care Supervisor recommends and supports goals and objectives that are consistent with the mission statement of TidalHealth. The Supervisor delivers exceptional quality and service to all patients and other customers through a constant pursuit of excellence and respect for every individual, fosters an environment of participation, teamwork and growth.

Patient Care Supervisor Position Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• ACLS required
• CPR (American Heart Association Healthcare Provider) required
• Registered and licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of permanent residency is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Nurse is required.
• Experience in a leadership position is preferred.

Salary range:$40.11 - $64.18 Commensurate with experience
