Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Supervisor (PM/R) Position Summary

The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM/R) Supervisor at TidalHealth Atlantic assists the Senior Director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in compiling reports, data, etc., on the area of supervision. The PM/R Supervisor is a licensed professional who is responsible for patients within Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. The Supervisor plans and provides care to patients, reflecting individual patient needs (cognitive, emotional, physical and chronological maturation). This role coordinates all therapy related activities on a day-to-day basis. This includes, but is not limited to, meetings, in-services, etc. This role is responsible for budgetary/capital expenditures, supply ordering authority, billing coding and proper scheduling and coordination of team members working in the department. The PM/R Supervisor has responsibility and accountability for program development, the promotion of such in the organization and external parties.

PM/R Supervisor Position Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in OT, PT, or SLP required.
• Master’s degree in OT, PT, or SLP is preferred.
• Licensed and registered as an OT, PT or SLP required.
• BLS is required.

Experience:

• At least five (5) years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.

Schedule:

• Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday

• Evenings and weekends may be required as needed.

Salary range:$86,860.80 - $134,617.60 Commensurate with experience
