BH Administrative Ops Manager Position Summary
The Behavioral Health Administrative Ops Manager plans, directs, and supervises the daily operations of the Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic. This position also oversees the operations of the TMS(Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) program. The Manager also oversees the overall administrative operations for all Behavioral Health outpatient areas, and supports leadership by ordering supplies, taking notes and meeting minutes, building provider scheduling in Epic and pulling reports as needed for KPI and Quality audits etc. This position also provides administrative oversight of the Psychology fellowship and the Psychiatry GME program, specifically regarding Behavioral Health patients.
BH Administrative Ops Manager Position Requirements
Education
- High School graduate or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Ability to read and communicate in the English language
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years clerical experience required.
- Two years experience managing a physician’s practice is preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office computer programs, practice management systems and spreadsheets preferred.
