What You’ll Do

• Run company appointments to evaluate, qualify, and build estimates for roofing and home exterior projects
• Self-generate leads through door knocking, networking, and organic opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with clients, guiding them from initial contact to job completion
• Close deals, sign contracts, and get projects into production while acting as a liaison between clients and our team
• Collaborate with an experienced team to ensure each project is managed efficiently and to the highest standards

What We Look For

• Prior experience in roofing, home exteriors, or related industries is a plus (but not required)
• A self-starter with the ability to generate your own leads and build a pipeline
• A team player with strong communication skills, eager to work in a collaborative environment
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish
• Drive and determination to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced industry
• Reliable vehicle for local travel and client meetings
