Customer Care Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Care Representative based in the United States.

This fully remote role offers the opportunity to support individuals and families by helping them understand and access life and supplemental health benefit options. You will connect with clients virtually, build trusted relationships, answer questions, and guide customers through enrollment and service processes. The position is designed for motivated, customer-focused professionals who value flexibility and meaningful work. No prior insurance experience is required, with comprehensive virtual training, licensing guidance, and ongoing mentorship provided. You will work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative remote team. Strong performance can lead to bonuses, residual income opportunities, leadership development, and long-term career growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Meet virtually with clients through platforms such as Zoom to understand their needs and provide responsive, professional customer support.
  • Build strong client relationships by listening carefully, answering questions, and providing clear guidance throughout the customer journey.
  • Explain available life insurance and supplemental health benefit options in a straightforward, accessible manner.
  • Assist clients with enrollments, benefit selections, policy-related questions, and other service needs.
  • Deliver a consistently positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing virtual training, coaching, and professional development activities to strengthen product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.
  • Follow established processes and develop the knowledge needed to support clients confidently and accurately.
  • Progress through licensing and onboarding requirements with guidance and support provided throughout the process.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and build rapport with a wide range of clients.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and genuine interest in helping individuals and families.
  • Comfortable using computers, Zoom, and other online communication and workplace technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, proactive, and capable of maintaining productivity without direct day-to-day supervision.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to ongoing coaching and development.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and communicate effectively in virtual settings.
  • Previous leadership experience is welcome but not required.
  • Insurance industry experience or an existing insurance license is not required; training and guidance are provided through the licensing and onboarding process.
  • Candidates should be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States for this opportunity.
Benefits:
  • 100% remote work from home.
  • Flexible scheduling designed to provide greater control over your workday.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Performance-based bonuses.
  • Opportunities to develop residual income.
  • Health insurance reimbursement after the applicable qualification period.
  • Company-paid life insurance benefits.
  • Comprehensive virtual training and ongoing coaching.
  • Leadership development and mentorship opportunities.
  • Career advancement opportunities for high-performing team members.
  • Incentive trips and employee recognition programs.
  • Virtual interview process, allowing candidates to participate from home.
  • Opportunity to build a career focused on helping families access important financial protection and benefit solutions.
