You'll collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and deliver consultative solutions tailored to customer needs. - Drive sales growth across an assigned territory by promoting oncology diagnostic products and services to healthcare providers, oncology practices, hospitals, pathology laboratories, and academic medical centers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hematologists, medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, gynecologic oncologists, and other key stakeholders through consultative selling and ongoing account management.
- Collaborate closely with Territory Business Managers, Regional Directors, Key Account Managers, and customer support teams to execute coordinated sales strategies and maximize customer value.
- Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and solution-based sales approaches.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and reimbursement landscapes to develop effective territory plans and drive informed business decisions.
- Deliver compelling presentations, negotiate opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle to consistently achieve or exceed territory revenue objectives.
- Maintain accurate territory intelligence, provide market feedback, and contribute ideas that support regional growth and overall business success.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced business education is considered an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful oncology sales experience within diagnostics, laboratory services, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong understanding of oncology diagnostics, laboratory testing, healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and the clinical marketplace.
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling, business development, negotiation, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Ability to quickly learn complex product portfolios and effectively communicate clinical and business value to customers.
- Strong organizational and territory management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, including overnight travel as needed (up to 75%).
- Competitive on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $235,000 to $270,000, based on experience and location
