This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Territory Representative based in the United States.

Accountabilities:

The Territory Representative will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory by developing strong customer relationships, supporting clinical activities, and achieving sales objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to territory expansion, physician engagement, and operational excellence.

  • Manage an assigned territory and execute strategies to achieve sales goals and performance targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeon customers, healthcare providers, and referral networks.
  • Identify, target, and train surgeons to perform procedures using innovative treatment solutions.
  • Educate physician groups and healthcare communities to increase awareness of treatment options and support patient referral pathways.
  • Provide technical assistance and case coverage in operating rooms when required.
  • Support territory growth through physician outreach, educational programs, marketing initiatives, and relationship development.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to consistently meet or exceed revenue objectives.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, communicate territory updates effectively, and provide insights to sales management.
  • Manage product inventory, implant shelf life, and instrument sets while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct all business activities with integrity while following company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced medical sales professional with a strong understanding of healthcare environments, excellent relationship-building abilities, and a proven history of achieving performance goals. Success in this role requires initiative, adaptability, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and business stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Current or recent experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales, preferably within a high-growth organization.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity within a sales environment.
  • Experience in orthopedics, spine, pain management, or related medical specialties is strongly preferred.
  • Established relationships with local physician groups, including primary care, pain management, orthopedic, and neurosurgery professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals, manage customer relationships, and drive territory performance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, confidence, and commitment to customer success.
  • Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and quality standards, including medical device compliance requirements.
