Customer Service Representative - Print Production

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Print Production based in United States.

This seasonal remote role offers the opportunity to combine customer support expertise with creative problem-solving in a fast-paced print production environment.
You will help customers resolve complex print and design challenges while ensuring high-quality outcomes and exceptional experiences.
The role requires strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to troubleshoot issues in real time.
You will collaborate across teams to improve workflows, identify root causes, and deliver seamless solutions.
Working directly with customers, you will become a trusted resource for print quality questions and replacement processes.

Accountabilities:

As a Customer Service Representative focused on print production, you will act as a key point of contact for customers experiencing print-related issues. You will combine customer care skills with design knowledge to diagnose problems, provide solutions, and ensure smooth resolution of quality concerns.

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels while delivering accurate, empathetic, and timely support.
  • Manage print quality cases by identifying issues, troubleshooting design files, and creating replacement orders when needed.
  • Review customer requests to determine root causes, distinguish production errors from customer changes, and document cases accurately.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro to inspect, edit, and troubleshoot design files related to print issues.
  • Guide customers through replacement processes while maintaining a high standard of service and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions between general support and specialized print quality support.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems to track technical issues, trends, and recurring challenges.
  • Prepare complete documentation for replacement requests and partner with internal teams to improve quality processes and consistency.
  • Support broader customer service activities during peak seasonal periods.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused problem solver who combines strong communication abilities with technical design skills. You should be comfortable working remotely, managing multiple priorities, and resolving customer issues in a high-volume environment.

  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, print production, design support, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across customer interactions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro; experience with Lightroom is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite preferred.
  • Ability to understand design and print concepts and explain technical issues clearly to customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment and receiving feedback.
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day.
  • Must reside in one of the following states for consideration: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
Benefits:
  • Seasonal remote position running from September through December 2026.
  • Flexible remote work environment.
  • Competitive hourly compensation based on geographic location:
    • $20.32/hour for eligible Geo 2 locations, including select major metropolitan areas.
    • $18.65/hour for eligible Geo 3 locations across approved states.
