  • Develop expertise in financial-services products and programs, potentially including life insurance, annuities, health insurance, mutual funds, and beneficiary claims.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, quality programs, focus groups, roundtables, recruiting activities, and new-service launches as opportunities arise.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced teammates and managers to strengthen customer outcomes and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required; post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Previous financial-services or insurance experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing complex customer interactions from initial support through successful resolution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and explain complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment when assessing customer situations and identifying appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to navigate multiple technology systems while maintaining an engaging, accurate, and professional customer conversation.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to quality and first-call resolution.
  • Ability to adapt to change and contribute positively to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling customer information and completing follow-up activities.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Candidates residing in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones are preferred.
  • Must be able to work full-time Monday through Friday, with training scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST and the post-training schedule falling between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CST.
  • Must maintain a private, secure, distraction-free home workspace with reliable power and a hard-wired Ethernet connection to the router or modem.
  • Minimum internet requirements are 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check.

  • 401(k) matching of up to 6% and a pension plan.
  • 20 days of paid time off annually, plus paid holidays and sick/safe time.
