The Strategic Account Executive will own the growth and success of enterprise accounts within the financial services sector. This role requires strong relationship-building capabilities, strategic sales expertise, and the ability to manage complex buying processes while delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Manage complex, high-value enterprise accounts within the financial services industry.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Act as a strategic advisor by understanding customer challenges and aligning solutions to business objectives.
- Drive new business acquisition, account expansion, renewals, and long-term customer success.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, territory strategies, and pipeline management activities.
- Manage accurate sales forecasting and opportunity tracking using CRM and sales management tools.
- Lead complex negotiations and closing processes for high-value enterprise agreements.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, customer success, professional services, marketing, and partner teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to strengthen market positioning.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and regional activities to expand market influence.
The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong track record of success selling SaaS solutions to large organizations. You should have excellent strategic thinking, communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
- 5-10 years of successful enterprise field sales experience within SaaS or technology solutions.
- Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with C-level executives and enterprise stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and large-scale customer engagements.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving strong business results.
- Experience with upselling, cross-selling, and increasing customer lifetime value.
- Strong territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar modern sales platforms.
- Knowledge of End User Computing (EUC), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), or Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% for customer meetings and industry engagements.

- Competitive on-target earnings (OTE) range of CAD $274,000 - $425,000 annually, including commission opportunities.
