The Strategic Finance Manager, GTM will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy behind a high-growth go-to-market organization.
This position will own the models and insights that connect sales capacity, pipeline performance, revenue targets, and investment decisions.
Working closely with executive leaders across finance, sales, marketing, and revenue operations, this role will influence how resources are allocated to accelerate growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling expertise with business judgment and a deep understanding of SaaS economics.

The Strategic Finance Manager, GTM will own the financial analysis and operational models that guide go-to-market decisions. This role will serve as a strategic partner to revenue leaders by providing actionable insights into growth efficiency, sales performance, and investment priorities.
- Own sales capacity and productivity models, including headcount planning, rep ramp assumptions, quota coverage, attainment analysis, and alignment with revenue targets.
- Build and maintain pipeline-to-ARR forecasting models, incorporating pipeline coverage, conversion rates, win rates, sales cycles, and segment-level performance.
- Develop and manage GTM unit economics, including CAC, CAC payback, magic number, LTV-to-CAC, retention metrics, and sales efficiency analysis.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and revenue operations leaders to evaluate the return on GTM investments and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
- Support pricing and packaging analysis by assessing financial impacts and strategic opportunities.
- Prepare executive-level reporting, board materials, and investor-related analysis in partnership with finance leadership.
- Lead strategic scenario planning across new segments, business models, pricing changes, and growth initiatives.
- Deliver insights that help leadership teams make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and long-term growth strategy.
- Continuously improve financial models, reporting processes, and analytical frameworks to support a scaling organization.
The successful candidate will bring strong strategic finance experience, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders. They should be comfortable operating in a high-growth environment where ownership, accuracy, and strategic thinking are essential.
- 4–7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, GTM finance, sales finance, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a related analytical function.
- Experience supporting high-growth software, SaaS, or technology companies.
- Strong financial modeling capabilities, including capacity planning, productivity analysis, pipeline forecasting, cohort analysis, segmentation, and scenario modeling.
- Deep understanding of SaaS and go-to-market metrics, including CAC, CAC payback, LTV-to-CAC, ARR, retention, sales efficiency, and pipeline coverage.
- Experience working with modern data and BI tools, such as Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Omni, or similar platforms, and familiarity with CRM data such as Salesforce.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex financial analysis clearly and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior sales, marketing, and executive leaders.
- High ownership, adaptability, and comfort working independently in a fast-moving and evolving environment.
- Strong business judgment, curiosity, and a first-principles approach to solving strategic problems.
- Nice-to-have experience includes GTM scaling, territory and quota planning, compensation design, usage-based pricing models, and close partnership with revenue operations teams.
- Competitive base salary range of $175,000–$210,000 USD annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
