Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this vital role, you will drive HR initiatives that support our organizational growth, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Your proactive approach will help streamline HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to our ongoing success.
Duties
- Manage all facets of human capital management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Oversee employee evaluation processes and performance management programs to promote continuous development.
- Administer benefits programs and handle benefits administration tasks while ensuring compliance with applicable laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
- Support change management initiatives by facilitating organizational design projects and workforce planning efforts.
- Maintain accurate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry and ensure data collection integrity for reporting purposes.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve disputes effectively.
- Assist in developing affirmative action plans, succession planning strategies, and implementing HR sourcing techniques using platforms like Workday, ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, among others.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management, recruiting, and training & development.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law regulations including FMLA and OSHA compliance standards.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent platforms like UltiPro or PeopleSoft.
- Ability to manage benefits administration processes including workers' compensation and payroll systems like Paychex or ADP.
- Administrative experience with data collection, data entry, contracts management, social media management for employer branding efforts, and applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS or Lever.
