Recruiting/Human Resources/Accounting Assistant in HOUSTON, Texas at Archimedes Inc.

Village plumbing, Air and Electric has been serving the Houston area for 80 years and we are continuously expanding our team. You will be heavily involved in the onboarding process along with other recruiting and Human Resources tasks. This role will also assist our accounting department as needed.

Duties:

• Assist with new hire orientations
• Enter daily activities in Paylocity HRIS system.
• Assist in maintaining technician licenses records.
• Data entry for accounting as needed.
• Prepare new technician swag bags and informational binders for new hire orientations.
• Assist with planning and execution of employee events.
• Other duties as assigned.
