Location: In-House Position, willing and able to work from Phillipsburg, NJ office Monday – Friday
The INFINITT Accounting Manager will oversee the Accounting Team (both process and people).
Principle Functions:
- Accounting Tasks
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Daily banking requirements.
- Prepare and file State Sales Taxes (about 10 states) based on state regulations.
- Financial Reports
- Responsible for preparing and presenting accurate financial reports to the management.
- Reports for routine and special purposes
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Prepare, review and analyze budgets, financial projections, and cash flow statement, ensuring that the company’s goals are met.
- Team Management
- Collaborates with the other team members to support overall department goals and objectives.
- Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
- Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Audit
- Prepare Year End Audit with CPA.
- Prepare and assist corporate annual income tax report with CPA.
- Parent Company
- Monitor and prepare financial reports and consolidation package for use by parent company management in South Korea.
- System Implementation
- Improve, correct, and develop accounting systems, ensuring the system is accurate, efficient and meets the company’s needs.
Secondary Functions
- Processing work related with Human Resource such as hiring, termination, benefit, and policy.
- Prepare Employee Benefit Plan and communicate with Broker to find affordable plan for company.
Essential Requirements

- Well versed with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Expert on Microsoft Office Excel
- Expert on Quickbooks Desktop
- Excellent on ADP
- Experience in Health Insurance
- Experience in company incorporation, by law, stock management
- Staying up to date with the latest accounting standards and regulations
- Working in the office in person (4 days/week minimum)
- Korean speaking (preferred)
