As an Account Manager III, you will be responsible for developing strong customer partnerships, growing revenue opportunities, and delivering value through consultative sales strategies. You will manage key accounts, identify business opportunities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer relationships.
- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with customers, acting as a knowledgeable advisor on products, services, and solutions.
- Manage key accounts by understanding customer needs, applications, workflows, and business objectives.
- Conduct customer engagements through virtual meetings and territory-based visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations and negotiate solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate account information, sales activity, and forecasting data using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support business growth strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a scientific discipline.
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally within laboratory, scientific, healthcare, or related industries, or relevant laboratory experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand customer applications, workflows, and industry challenges.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers at multiple organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop account strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and managing revenue-focused objectives.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a matrix organization.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Competitive annual compensation range estimated between $67,900 and $101,800 depending on experience and qualifications.
