We are seeking a Vlocity Tech Lead/Architect to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of complex Salesforce and Vlocity solutions for enterprise transformation projects.
This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on development to deliver scalable CRM platforms aligned with business objectives.
You will collaborate directly with customers and engineering teams to define solutions, establish best practices, and guide successful implementations.

The Vlocity Tech Lead/Architect will be responsible for leading technical solution design, guiding development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce and Vlocity implementations. This role requires strong architectural thinking, customer-facing skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to analyze requirements and recommend solutions leveraging Salesforce and Vlocity platforms.
• Lead technical design sessions, create solution architectures, and develop detailed technical design specifications.
• Architect and design scalable Salesforce and Vlocity solutions following platform best practices.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and architectural recommendations to development teams.
• Design and develop complex solutions using Vlocity capabilities and Salesforce platform features.
• Deliver hands-on development for complex modules, including OmniScript, DataRaptor, Cards, Templates, CPQ, EPC, Vlocity Order Management, and Integration Procedures.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Implement Salesforce and Vlocity deployments following CI/CD best practices.
• Conduct design reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Analyze project scope, estimate delivery efforts, and support sprint planning activities.
• Lead customer discussions, technical demonstrations, and whiteboard sessions to communicate solution approaches effectively.

The ideal candidate has extensive Salesforce and Vlocity implementation experience, strong architectural expertise, and a proven track record delivering enterprise CRM solutions.

• 7+ years of Vlocity implementation experience, including at least 2 years in a Technical Lead capacity.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, architecture, and data model.
• Experience successfully delivering at least two Vlocity implementations as a Tech Lead or Architect.
• Strong expertise in Vlocity development skills, including OmniScript, DataRaptor, Cards, Templates, CPQ, EPC, Vlocity Order Management, and Integration Procedures.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations, Apex Classes, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and enterprise CRM delivery environments.
• Knowledge of industry-specific processes such as Quote to Bind, FNOL, Claims, Renewals, or similar workflows is a plus.
• Experience with process modeling tools, data modeling, and solution design best practices.
• Salesforce Platform Developer and Vlocity Platform Developer certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead customer discussions, technical workshops, and application demonstrations.
• Ability to mentor teams, influence technical decisions, and drive successful project outcomes.
