Regional Coordinator, GTCE

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Coordinator, GTCE based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to support strategic business priorities by coordinating initiatives, analyzing performance, and enabling effective decision-making across a large organization.
You will work closely with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, communication, and business outcomes.
The position combines strategic coordination, reporting, project support, stakeholder management, and change management responsibilities.

Accountabilities:

As a Regional Coordinator, GTCE, you will support leadership teams by coordinating strategic initiatives, monitoring business performance, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. You will analyze information, develop recommendations, and help deliver operational improvements aligned with business objectives.

  • Support designated leaders in executing strategic priorities and operational initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and integrate business information to support decision-making and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Develop recommendations and solutions based on business strategies, stakeholder needs, and performance insights.
  • Monitor business results, identify challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to address opportunities and risks.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance tracking tools.
  • Support the planning and implementation of strategic programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead or contribute to change management activities, including readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, implementation planning, and adoption tracking.
  • Develop communication plans and tailored messaging to support organizational alignment and engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate collaboration and consistent execution.
  • Act as a key point of contact for escalated client or service concerns, coordinating resolutions and follow-up actions.
  • Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and reporting activities to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Use business systems and reporting tools to manage information, improve processes, and enhance operational insights.
  • Apply risk management principles when making decisions, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and organizational standards.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic and detail-oriented professional with experience supporting business operations, analyzing data, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. You should be comfortable managing complex priorities, influencing outcomes, and delivering high-quality recommendations.

  • 4–6 years of relevant professional experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge gained through education or professional experience.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities with experience working across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to build alignment among stakeholders.
  • Experience using data-driven insights to support business decisions and recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks independently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with reporting tools, business analysis, project coordination, or operational improvement initiatives is an asset.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to navigate changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
