Supervisor, Nursing (E) - SJH in North Providence, Rhode Island at CharterCARE of Rhode Island

Summary: Provides clinical and administrative direction and support for the Nursing Department and the entire hospital for an assigned shift. Serves as the on site, administrative leader to staff, patients, visitors and physicians during the shift. Collaborates on administrative decisions with other department leaders for issues related to their departments in the absence of that manager.

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing; Baccalaureate and/or Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Licensure: Current RI RN Licensure

Experience: 3-5 years demonstrating progressive responsibilities in leadership positions.
