Guardian Angel Homes is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team.

Whether you're an experienced caregiver, have Medication Technician (Med Tech) experience, or are looking to grow your career in senior care, we'd love to have you on our team! We provide training, support, and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.

As a Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on assistance to residents while promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing mobility assistance while promoting resident independence and safety
• Assisting with meals, hydration, and dining support
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or mental condition
• Documenting resident care and services provided
• Responding to resident needs with compassion, patience, and respect
• Supporting residents with memory care needs
• Assisting with medication administration and documentation when appropriately trained and authorized
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Working collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other team members to provide exceptional resident care

• Current CNA, HCA, or NAR credential, or ability to obtain required credentials
• Caregiving or senior living experience preferred, but not required
• Medication Technician (Med Tech) experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
