Bellman Services Supervisor in Lake Buena Vista, Florida at RESORT PORTER LLC

Join our team as a Bellman Services Supervisor at one of our resort locations! We are looking for a motivated, hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily luggage handling activities, including receiving, tagging, storing, and delivering guest luggage.
• Monitor workflows to ensure luggage is handled efficiently, safely, and in a timely manner.
• Assist in managing daily tasks and ensuring there is proper coverage.
• Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and service standards among team members.
• Ensure all interactions with guests reflect the resorts standards for courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Track and maintain accurate records of luggage handling, including lost-and-found items.
• Submit regular reports to the Facility Manager on performance and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all team members comply with safety procedures to prevent injuries and damages to luggage.
• Uphold resort standards, values, and image at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

2+ years of experience in luggage handling or a similar role with 1 year experience in leadership position.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.

Ability to work a variety of shifts including AM shifts, PM shifts, weekends and holidays.

Standing, sitting, walking, repetitive movement, lifting of heavy items (up to 70 pounds).
