Job Description

Banco Sabadell is seeking a Portfolio Management to join a dynamic new team within one of the fastest growing banks in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Borrowers waiver requests, prepare waiver memo and interacts the Agent Bank or Borrower for questions and with the credit team for approval

• Analyze Borrowers compliance certificates and financial reports

• Provide support to other teams to solve questions with respect to any loan of the portfolio

• Monitor the Structured Finance loans participating in follow ups calls with Borrowers and Agent Banks

• Assist with the CRE & Hospitality loan disbursement process (construction loans)

• Assist on the Budget review for bilateral loans and loans when bank acts as Agent

• Assist Manager on any specific request or project assigned to the Department

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in related field.

• Bilingual - Ability to speak, write and read English and Spanish fluently.

• Loan structuring expertise

• Credit analysis skills. Strong accounting knowledge is beneficial

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong negotiation skills

• Organization and time management skills

• Loan documentation knowledge
