Production - General Laborer in Miamisburg, Ohio at Hearth Products Control Company

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Laborer associate to join our team. This hands-on role involves working with wet concrete to produce custom fire pits, wall panels, furniture, mantels, and decorative pieces. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and takes pride in producing high-quality, precision-made products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand-pack wet concrete into a variety of molds including fire pits, wall panels, furniture, and décor
• Disassemble, clean, and accurately reassemble concrete molds and containers
• Sand and router finished concrete products to required specifications
• Perform general warehouse and shop-related duties as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma (Grade 12)
• Ability to lift and carry 20–40 kg (44–88 lbs.)
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Steel-toed safety shoes required
