About the Role:

The Tulsa Site Lead will serve as the primary leader responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the manufacturing facility located in Tulsa. This role is critical in ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The Site Lead will drive continuous improvement initiatives, foster a culture of teamwork and accountability, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies. They will act as the key liaison between corporate leadership and the site team, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans. Ultimately, the Site Lead will be accountable for the overall performance, profitability, and sustainability of the Tulsa manufacturing site.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience leading a manufacturing site within the 32 - Manufacturing industry sector.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven operational management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving cultural change and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the Tulsa manufacturing site to meet production goals and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve safety.
  • Oversee workforce management including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, engineering, and quality assurance to optimize processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on site performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and capital projects to support site growth and modernization.

Skills:

The required skills such as leadership, operational management, and regulatory knowledge are essential for daily oversight of the manufacturing site, ensuring smooth production flow and compliance. Communication skills enable the Site Lead to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and transparency. Problem-solving and decision-making skills are applied continuously to address operational challenges and implement improvements.
