Job Description:
TenSeven Security is seeking professional, dependable, and motivated Unarmed Security Officers to protect our clients, their employees, visitors, and property. Officers are responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, conducting patrols, monitoring for suspicious activity, responding to incidents, enforcing site policies, and completing accurate reports. Our team is committed to providing professional, proactive security services while maintaining a high standard of safety, customer service, and accountability.

Job Requirements:

• Valid CLEET Unarmed Security Guard License (Phase I & II) or ability to obtain required licensing

• Strong situational awareness and observational skills

• Professional appearance, communication, and conduct

• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during stressful situations

• Ability to de-escalate conflicts and interact professionally with the public

• Ability to accurately document incidents and complete reports

• Ability to follow post orders, policies, and client-specific procedures

• Ability to stand, walk, patrol, and remain active for extended periods

• Ability to perform the physical duties required for the assigned post

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• Availability to work assigned shifts, which may include days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays

Nice to have:

• Previous security, law enforcement, corrections, or military experience

• CPR and First Aid certification

• Experience with CCTV, access control, or surveillance systems

• Loss prevention experience

• Previous experience in customer-facing security positions
