Belt Power is a leading distributor and fabricator serving the processing, manufacturing, and material handling industries. We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Fabrication Associate to join our team and support our fabrication and production operations.

What You'll Do

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair industrial products and components.

• Operate fabrication equipment, machinery, and hand tools.

• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Pick, stage, organize, and prepare customer orders.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Support team operations and assist with a variety of fabrication tasks.

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Ability to accurately interpret measurements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn fabrication processes.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to interpret and verify measurements accurately.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record when operating company vehicles is required.
