Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Longevity/Peptides

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Longevity/Peptides based in United States.

This is a ground-floor opportunity for a board-certified Nurse Practitioner to help shape the future of virtual care in the longevity and peptide therapy space. You will provide high-quality care to patients through synchronous video visits, asynchronous communication, or a combination of both. The role combines hands-on clinical practice with the opportunity to influence emerging clinical protocols, patient experience, and care delivery models. You will assess, diagnose, prescribe, and manage treatments while providing clear, compassionate, and evidence-informed guidance. The position is well suited to clinicians who are comfortable working independently in an evolving treatment area and eager to contribute to a growing telehealth program. You will join a technology-enabled clinical environment focused on accessible, personalized, and high-quality patient care.

Accountabilities:
  • Deliver high-quality synchronous and asynchronous telehealth care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and titrating medications appropriately based on patient needs and clinical judgment.
  • Provide timely, empathetic, and patient-centered care while maintaining a consistently high standard of clinical quality.
  • Diagnose and treat a range of health concerns, with particular emphasis on peptide therapy and hormone-related conditions.
  • Evaluate patient information carefully and apply sound clinical judgment when determining appropriate treatment plans and medication management.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients through video visits, secure messaging, and other approved digital channels.
  • Follow applicable clinical guidelines, platform policies, operational procedures, and required training standards.
  • Contribute actively to the development and evolution of a growing clinical program, including providing insight into clinical protocols and patient care processes.
  • Maintain accurate and complete electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
  • Stay current with developments in longevity medicine, peptide therapies, hormone-related care, and other relevant areas of practice.
  • Embrace continuous learning and adapt clinical practices as evidence, protocols, and treatment approaches evolve.
Requirements:
  • Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required; Board Eligible candidates are not eligible for consideration.
  • Eligible certifications include Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (A-GNP), Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-ACNP), or a comparable applicable certification.
  • Active, unrestricted licensure in more than 10 U.S. states is required, with candidates currently holding 10 or more active state licenses strongly preferred.
  • An unrestricted DEA license and demonstrated experience prescribing Schedule III controlled substances are required.
  • At least 3 years of applicable clinical practice experience, excluding orientation and training periods.
  • At least 1 year of previous telehealth experience, with demonstrated comfort providing both video-based and asynchronous care.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to assess patients and determine appropriate treatment approaches independently.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and online tools used to deliver and document virtual care.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, empathy, professionalism, and patient education.
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to high-quality patient care.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, an open mindset, and comfort working within an evolving clinical and treatment environment.
  • Experience prescribing or familiarity with peptide therapies is strongly preferred.
  • No current or pending malpractice lawsuits and active professional licenses maintained in good standing.
  • Ability to reside in the continental United States and meet applicable requirements for providing telehealth services.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a technology-enabled clinical environment.
