Location & Schedule
- Concerned Dental Care of Farmingville
- 1025 Portion Road, Suite F, Farmingville, NY 11738
- Monday-Friday | 9AM-6PM
Your Role as a Dental Hygienist
- Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
- Perform cleanings, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, and other hygiene services within your scope
- Assess periodontal health, capture diagnostic x-rays, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients on oral health, home care, periodontal needs, and preventive treatment
- Identify periodontal and restorative concerns and collaborate with dentists on comprehensive care
- Build trusted relationships that keep patients engaged in their long-term oral health
- Maintain infection-control, OSHA, and clinical standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active New York Dental Hygienist license
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current CPR certification
- 1+ year of dental hygiene experience preferred
- Local anesthesia certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
- Collaborative, dependable, and committed to high-quality care
